Love Where You Live
The Cultural Arts Council Douglasville | Douglas County (CAC) spearheaded the “Love Where You Live” HeART Project in partnership with the Douglasville Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB). Artists were invited to submit their applications for consideration to have one of their creative designs painted onto a fiberglass heart to be installed in the community.
Final locations were determined by considering the interests of the business owners, tourists, high trafficked areas, walkability and the suitability of the sculpture to the location.
The 14 selected locations include:

- Jessie Davis Park, Malone Street
- Station #10, Church Street
- O’Neal Plaza, Church Street
- Connally, Jordan, and Associates, Campbellton Street
- Anchor Heating & Air, Adair Place
- Dog River Library, Highway 5
- Douglas County Library, Selman Drive
- WellStar Pediatric Emergency Department, Hospital Drive
- Douglas County Courthouse, Hospital D rive
- Stallings Insurance Agency, Church Street
- Boundary Waters Aquatic Center, Highway 92
- Fowler Field, Chapel Hill Road
- Cultural Arts Council, Campbellton Street
